REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy states that cancellations made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled rental will be eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made within 4 days of the rental, a half refund will be provided. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled rental. We aim to provide fair reimbursement based on the timing of cancellations to balance customer satisfaction and operational needs.
